The glass ballroom “Probus” with 120 seats is ideal for a festive dîner. The spacious building houses 39 comfortable rooms where the party can stay in comfort. Hearty and refined cuisine is served and prepared according to the Slow Food philosophy. The ingredients come from the estate’s own farm or from the region, the wine from the estate’s own vineyard. A nice social programme is also possible: Guided tours of the imperial palace are offered, as well as of the estate and the winery, which practice organic-sustainable agriculture around the Arenenberg.
