Bistro Louis Napoléon
The Bistro Louis Napoléon is open daily from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (closed on Mondays from November until the end of March). In addition to the wines of Arenenberg, visitors can also enjoy regi-onal delicacies in the midst of the historic ambience. By the motto “seasonal, regional – always fresh”, the bistro lives by the philosophy of Slow Food.
Bike rental

Breakfast
Enjoy our rich breakfast with regional and seasonal products in the Bistro Louis Napoléon from Monday to Sunday from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.

Check-In / Check-Out
You room is available on the day of arrival from 2.00 pm and at the day of departure until 10.00 am. A late check-out is possible subject to availability and after consultation with the reception desk
(until 3.00 pm; CHF 30.- | until 6.00 pm; CHF 50.-).

We have a selection of chargers and adapters available for you at the reception.

Dinner
The Bistro Louis Napoléon is open daily from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (closed on Mondays from November until the end of March). For your dinner we recommend restaurants nearby. If you are not too hungry and you would like to stay at the hotel, you can order atthe reception until 4.00 pm a platter with cheese or dried meat for CHF 19.- per platter.
Doctor / pharmacy
If you are in need of a doctor, please ask our reception. We can inform you about pharmacies in the area at the reception as well. If the reception is not occupied, call our emergency phone number (please check E as Emergencies).
Defibrillator
You will find the defibrillator in the main building nearby the reception.
Diets and intolerances
After prior notification, we will take special diets and intolerances into consideration.
Dogs
Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the grounds of Arenenberg.
Deficiencies
Please report any deficiencies in the room to the reception desk or attach the “help-Post-it” on the mirror. We will take care of it as soon as possible.

We are located in a very charming landscape just by the lake and with a lot of cultural aspects, which is ideal for exciting and unique excursions. Please let us know if you need further information for planning a trip.

Fitness
As a hotel guest, you are welcome to use our small fitness room “Galaxy” on the first floor.
Fire prevention and safety
For safety reasons, smoking is absolutely prohibited in the whole building. In the event of a fire alarm, we ask you to remain calm, leave the house immediately and follow the instructions of the hotel management and fire brigade. You will find informations about escape routes on your room door. Please use the stairs in any case.
Fan
On request, we will bring a fan to your room (subject to availability).

Our main doors are closed in the evening after 7.00 pm. Please always take your hotel key with you when you leave your room in order to have access to the building at all times.

Public transportation
Directly in front of the hotel you will find the bus stop “Arenenberg Schloss”. The nearest train stations are in Mannenbach and Ermatingen (each approx. 15 minutes walk). The ships of the Unterseeschifffahrt arrive and depart in Ermatingen or Mannenbach.

Playroom
We have set up a playroom for our youngest guests. Various games and books for all ages are available in the room on the second floor, next to the hotel room 213.

You can pay your hotel bill and your consumptions in cash (in Swiss francs or in euros) or by credit or debit card (except American Express, Diners Club and JCB).

Our reception is open daily from 7.00 am until 6.00 pm.
Room key card
Your room key opens your hotel room, the hotel entrances and the fitness room. Please always take your room key with you whenever you leave your room so that you have access to the building at all times.

Sunbathing lawn
Cool off after a hard day with a swim in the lake! You will receive a key at the reception. You reach the sunbathing lawn on foot walking down the serpentine path beginning at the car park.

Sewing service
We have needles and threads at the reception and are happy to help.
Smoking
Out of consideration for non-smokers and fire safety reasons, smoking is not permitted in the entire building.

In the foyer of the school building (by the sports hall) you will find a snack vending machine with cold drinks and snacks.
Sports & activities
The Arenenberg lies in the midst of the “Kraftgegend Seerücken” region (means power region of the lake), which is criss-crossed by countless small side roads and gravelled forest paths. A paradise for cyclists, hikers and joggers. We are happy to show you the best routes.

Towels
Decide by yourself how often your towels should be washed. If you leave your towels on the floor, they will be changed by our housekeeping team while they clean your room.

All our rooms are equipped with a telephone. For an outside line, dial the number 0 followed by the corresponding phone number. You can reach the reception from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm under the internal speed dial number 8000.
